Dale Toon from Ardsley will be driving the neighborhood. He has a GOLD Taurus and does drive through slowly to notice any violations. Basketball goals are not permitted in the common area nor are they aloud facing the street. This is in violation of Indiana law.
If your dues have not been paid yet, a late fee has been applied.Please pay them to Ardsley before the attorney gets involved. This will only cost you more money and we as a board do not want that to happen. Only the attorney benefits from this process. Thanks WWN HOA Board

Please keep garage doors locked and take valuables out of cars left in street or driveways. The newest crimes are GPS and any other electronic devices left in cars. Don't become a statistic.
Request for any home improvement must be sent to Ardsley. Please fill out the form in detail. It can not be approved unless all info is complete. Color of shingle, color of deck, shed location, etc. If you have a question while filling it out do not hesitate to call Ardsley for help.
Please do not allow your children and or there friends to throw those rocks used in the rip rap into the ponds. This cost the homeowners $14,000 to do the two small ponds.
